My car stopped suddenly stopped driving in the middle of a highway. After pulling over and looking at the oil, I wasn’t hopeful. The oil was mis-colored and thick. I got a tow to impact auto in battle ground, even though they were closed. By the next day they called and set up an appointment to do a diagnostic on my car. They called and told me what the initial diagnosis found. Brad, didn’t mince his words or make empty promises. Giving both his personal and professional opinions, that it was fixable but it would be expensive and they wouldn’t know the extent of the damage until the work order was approved and taking things apart. They were patient while I made my decision for a couple days and was completely supportive when I decided to decline the work order, and pay for the diagnosis.

You never want to have to spend money on getting your vehicle fixed but it's nice knowing when I do it will be money well spent. The team at impact auto in Battle Ground did a wonderful job on my Chevrolet 15 passenger van. Excellent communication, care, and knowledge! Outstanding!

Hi Melissa, everyone was very friendly. The work was completed in a timely manner. The recommended work for front right wheel bearing. I took back to Les Schwab. They had just replaced it two+ years ago. Turned out it was defective part, under warranty. They replaced everything, with no charge. The oil change I had Dick's tires do it for $67.00 plus two free car washes. With all that said, you will see us again when the need arises - Jim

I am so grateful for Brad and Melissa! Their team is amazing. Brad found some major issues on my jeep and had it repaired in record time. Plus they were open late to allow me to pick it up after work. I highly recommend them!

Went for brakes but added tire rotation and oil change. 4 stars due to cost. Maybe it was ok pricing but seemed high. We are used to doing things ourselves so that was a bit rough. Service was good. They did not try to oversell me things that I didn’t need. Was nice to have the free overall inspection with pics because they found things I didn’t know about that I need to keep an eye on and be more aware of.
