Grease Monkey

Paid $110 for an oil change and supposedly they're supposed to vacuum inside of vehicle and wash inside of the windows but they definitely didn't do that. Customer service was non existent. Inside of waiting area feels unclean. Will definitely not be back here.

They didn’t replace my drain plug gasket, and instead of just re-doing the oil change they did some weird vacuum thing, I demanded they just re did the oil change, and they stripped my oil filter housing. Now I deal with a constant oil leak, and can’t afford to have it fixed.

My daughter went in to the Fouth Plain location to get a $59 oil change and came home having spent $140. I felt like she was sold on services I didn't want her to get. I thought she had gone to the Battle Ground location, so I went there to express my frustration. Kevin went out of his way to make it right even though the service was done at another location. That is how you retain customers. Well done.

Past experiences have been better, but recently I was told multiple times “the computers are down and it’ll be an hour before we can service your car.” It was strange because I arrived right before it opened and no one was there yet to set things up. Feel like something may be slipping in the service.

I was greeted upon arrival. The staff was professional and polite. I was given options and asked about my preferences without being overly sold on additional services. The staff did a great job and i appreciated the conversation. Thank you.
