DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. They sold me a faulty car that completely stopped working after the first week. After weeks of getting the run around, they wouldn’t tell me what was wrong with the car. The car had a terrible engine problem. They kept the car in the shop for two months and only “fixed” it when I filed a complaint against them with the Department of Consumer Affairs. They are HIGHLY unprofessional and will not care about any issues once they’ve got the money. If you want a reliable car that is not going to break down on you, go to another dealership.

The dealer responded very quickly and I got in contact with him asap. Didnt even have to leave a deposit for the car and guided me through the financing. Got everything done within a couple of days and everything went extremely great! Thank you JT for helping me get my first BMW!

After once giving EZ-Riders an excellent review, I can no longer recommend for others to come here. For starters Prices advertised are cash only, which is acceptable, as many other shops do this.. . But they will most like charge a $2,000 dollar maintenance and detailing fee on top of their advertising price, along with delivery charges, taxes and fees. The detailing they said they did had already deteriorated after 3 months. They sold me a car with wheel locks and no wheel key. Never put new tires on, as tires were barely inspection ready and already rough with no tread. Breaks were already metal on metal within a month. Battery problems continue to exist, with 3 jumps within 3 months for a dead battery. I already dumped an additional $2,000 dollars+ into this Acura MDX car after pa

Horrible Customer Service and I recommend nobody to buy from them. I reached out on facebook because I was interested in a vehicle, I asked a simple question and the Manager, Mr. Hernandez replied back with an attitude. What a horrible way to treat buying customers. He stated he has plenty of years of buying cars. However, Im guessing he doesnt have any experience with customer service.
