Had the absolute best experience with Owen at Factory Auto Service. It is not easy to find straight-shooters when it comes to auto work. Owen is a wonderful human who communicated clearly and honestly to me. He gave me a time/money estimate, and was able to stay true to it. I appreciate him greatly, and will be a lifetime customer. Owen is very thorough. Great customer service. Did a diagnostic and I decided not to do the repair and he charged a very reasonable diagnostic fee (which would have been subtracted from the repair cost if I did the repair). Very trustworthy guy. Highly recommended.

Me and my family have been going to him for over 5 years for car services - ranging from oil changes, side mirror replacements, battery issues, AC issues, tire rotations, recommendations for large auto welding needs, etc.... Owen is the best! One of the parts on my car was on back order and had to search everywhere to get it for me.
