The best tow company in Boston! Maybe even the entire country! We got ourselves into a real pickle when our Tesla broke down in a low clearance, underground garage. Mobile Auto was at the rescue, patiently working to find us when google maps was unclear and then going above and beyond to extract our car out of the garage. Highly recommend the friendly service - very competitive pricing as well!

10/10 SERVICE, HE WILL FIX IT! Mike is the person who will solve the problem when everyone else comes and says “Nah, I can’t help.” My car was stuck fully inoperable with the parking break turned on. Underneath my apartment building. With a 30 degree slope down to a right angle entrance of the garage. Two other towing companies came and said they couldn't do it. As you can see here, Mike pulled it off, extracted the car, and got it safely back to dealership. Don’t overthink it. Call Mobile Auto Clinic!

After 3 failed attempts through my new 1300-mile-old Jeep’s warranty department, I found Mobile Auto Clinic with a few minutes of reading reviews. My garage had fairly low clearance, and the Jeep roadside assistance kept sending standard trucks and finally told me to find my own way to the dealer. Being that this is a smaller company I was hesitant when he said he had another job in front of me. Even with wrapping up the other job, he made it across Boston in about 30 minutes, assessed the situation quickly and professionally, and I was out of a sticky situation in about 15 minutes. He showed me every maneuver he used to clear the ceiling and keep everything safe. Couldn’t be more pleased! I had an old dead battery that needed replacement, and Mike was excellent in coming out to replace it. The service was convenient, fast, and friendly, and communication was great throughout the process. He picked up a high quality battery from the store and was on time with the estimate he gave me from our initial call. Highly recommend!

10/10 service. Got my car towed from Boston to New Bedford after the engine began overheating. They arrived asap and had the car locked down tight. Definitely recommend. Had a easy and smooth experience with this company. If I’m ever stuck again I’ll know who to call.
