Great experience with GPS to replace a clutch on a F56 MINI Cooper. Car had been towed to a different shop (specializing in retail services). Marc spent the time with me on the phone to walk through the repair and provide a much more reasonable quote. I would not have held them to the quote given that they had not put eyes on the car, but the final invoice was consistent. They also worked with us to get the car into the shop before a snow storm essentially storing it until it could be worked on. Repair was done on-time, for the cost quoted, and car works great again. An absolutely amazing and professional shop. I have a 944 and have always had an amazing experience here. They are so knowledgeable, considerate, and professional. As a college student I was worried about mechanics ripping me off by overcharging or recommending parts/services I don’t need but I never had to worry about that here. Since graduating I’ve moved far from the Boston area and every single day I consider moving back because I have yet to find mechanics as incredible as this shop anywhere else. Highly recommend!!!

This shop is amazing! I knew an appointment was needed, so I called ahead, and to my surprise, they already anticipated the issues with my car over the phone. I had an oil leak that spread throughout the engine bay, and they were well aware of it when I dropped the car off. By the next day, it was inspected and repaired, and I was able to pick it up right after they provided the report! I also learned a lot of professional knowledge during the process. They thoroughly explained all the concerns I had noticed before. Truly impressive service! Highly recommend!

This will be your go to shop for years after your first appointment. I've been using GPS for 7 years to service my older Mini R53. Marc and the team provide excellent work to your vehicle, are excellent communicators, and go the extra mile for their customers. I just recently moved out of state and will continue to make the trip to GPS to have my vehicle serviced. Highly recommend.

I have had two great experiences here with my BMW M3. Both times, they have been knowledgeable, transparent, cost conscious, and genuine in trying to help. I will be coming back. First time I came by to get a quote on a leak that the dealer suggested that I fix. They checked it out for free and said it didn't need to be done yet, but were willing to do it if I wanted for about half the price of what the dealer quoted me. The second time, I spoke with Mike on the phone and he was extremely knowledgeable and transparent about what could be going on. They had a full schedule and he attempted to help me find another shop that they would trust since I was on a tight schedule.
