We ordered a 13SD with many options and we were kept informed during the custom build. Austin the Plant Manager worked with us since the initial deposit he kept updated and made recommendations regarding the options selected. He also answered any and all questions. Towards the end of the build we had the pleasure of working with Gina the customer service manager. She was knowledgeable and helpful. During the walk through and training both Austin and Gina were by our side every step of the way. Gina came to the local KOA the next day to fix a minor repair, a gesture that went above and beyond. Non emergency they will get back to you within a reasonable amount of time. Emergency they will make themselves available usually immediate. I guess I got lucky! Just purchased a used 2016 Hurricane CC 231. Boat is in impeccable condition. Did a walk-through and water trial. No issues. They even re-upholstered the cushions and threw in two new seats! Shaun and Devin were great to talk with and were very helpful. They updated the sales contract so I wouldn't get taxed on the discounted sales price in Florida! True story. However, there was a minor hiccup on the condition of the trailer. Basically, I bought a great boat, and the trailer was free. I will update when I do a thorough water test of the boat. Fingers crossed!

We came down first week in October to pick up our camper, Factory direct RV paid for two nights for us to stay at the local KOA in Americus,to test everything out which was awesome, we did find a few things wrong. One major item was the grey tank indicators didn’t work and was only a 20 gallon, so we left it at RV direct and they replaced it and answered all our questions and concerns about the camper. I would highly recommend this company they are dedicated to taking care of their customers, and I decided to go with the LIV Camper because of the one piece construction, and the material that’s made out off. I wish there were a few more 110 receptacles

Outstanding from start to finish…and an extra little return for a repair (due to a minor accident)! 🙃 We bought an LIV trailer from Factory Direct Marine & RV and they were AMAZING!
