DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Bought a $700+ dishwasher for a basement remodel. Package was fine, delivery, no issues. Contractor mentioned it was dented and probably dropped but worked fine for 3 cycles, then leaked everywhere. Had GE service it, they deemed it non-repairable and noticed it had been patched in a few places, then covered up. Due to physical damage, GE would not replace the unit - even bought the 3-year insurance plan from AllState, which is useless now. Tried to contact Factory Direct RV Parts 5 times – 0 replies. They claim 100% satisfaction, all words, total BS. They did me wrong, now I'm sitting on a pile of scrap metal. Asked for a replacement, asked for covering repair costs, asked for some explanation – nothing! Zero customer service is no way to run a business. BUYER BEWARE
I WISH I COULD LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW AND IF THIS COMPANY WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT ILL REWITE THE REVIEW . TRIED TO CONTACT YOU SEVERAL TIMES THROUGH EBAY BUT IT SEEMS LIKE WE ARE NOT GETTING ANYWARE . TRACKING SHOWS THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED BUT WE NEVER GOT THE RELAY WE ORDERED . I HAVE ASKED SEVERAL TIMES IF YOU CAN CHECK WITH YOUR SHIPPER BUT YOU WONT RESPOND BACK. PESOND BACK TO OUR MESSAGES PLEASE . AGAIN WE NEVER GOT THE RELAY WE ORDERED . CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WONT GET YOUR ITEM AND THEY WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT
Excellent RV parts store. They have thousands of parts from all major RV brands. Employees are very helpful. Would recommend to anyone. A++
