Kevin and James are amazing! They were able to come to our home and diagnose the problems with our vehicles and perform the repairs in our driveway! No need to have the vehicles taken to a mechanic and left there for days. Kevin and James are professional, incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient. I contacted Factual Diagnostics to work on my SUV, needed a new catalytic converter, the last repair shop I went to quoted me much higher and I know they use aftermarket parts which I am ok with depending on the part, but being that this is my work vehicle I needed it fixed the right way and with genuine parts and that's what I got with Factual Diagnostics, Kevin the mgr quoted me a bit lower than other repair shops and used OEM parts. He is professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend his business. His prices may be high to some but the quality shows. Thank you

Five stars!! First off, no one likes going to a mechanic/ dealership. Factual Diagnostics comes to you. I needed my A/c fixed in my Fiat 500. Kevin correctly diagnosed the problem/ which another mobile guy missed. Fixed the problem. Has a very good opreation. Very friendly and professional. I will be using again. If he can work on my beloved Fiat 500 he can certainly work on yours. Get the job done right the first time.
