This was my real experience. My Subaru was hit by a tractor trailer on the interstate. The entire drivers side, front and rear numbers as well as part of the trunk was damaged. I didn’t sustain any injuries and was able to drive the car home. My experience with them started off great. The repairs were impressive when I got it back both times. The car looked liked nothing ever happened to it. The people repairing the cars are perfection all body lines are perfect. However, before I even got my car back before the first time. I went from completely satisfied to completely dissatisfied. I had a rude and unprofessional interactions while trying to ask questions.
