It took them almost a month to complete a bumper repair and the repair job was unsatisfactory. There were obvious gaps where the factory skid plate meets the bumper. I told them about it and they replied: "that's how it is". Also, I wasn't aware there is no guarantee on the repair since they're not a "State Farm shop".

I was referred here by my insurance company to repair a front fender on my 2008 honda accord, car was taken in on 6/28/22. The repair was supposed to be done in less than 2 weeks. I was told in 4 different occasions to call back as the car is getting ready to be painted.. The job was finally complete on 8/01/22.. Customer service was horrible and the paint job was not the best. I was about to file a formal complaint with BBB.. I will definitely let my insurance company know about how unprofessional I was treated. I won't recommend Fairway Auto Body Shop. There are better body shop in the area, they won't treat you as if they are doing you a favor. The pictures show gap between fender and headlight and color difference

A whole month to replace a bumper and trunk door. And when I received it back the car still had issues

Back in September I ordered all my OEM parts from this dealership. I didn't want to use aftermarket junk on my 2018 Sonic project car. I had Fairway paint the bumper and the hood. Since my car is a special edition color, they had to order the paint. When it came to painting time, the color matching was really good. I would recommend this dealership for ordering OEM parts or getting body work done.

This place sucks go elsewhere. The guy at the counter told me I needed to order a full mirror assembly for my drivers view mirror that was smashed. End of the day I went to an affiliated online store with Subaru, sent some pics in, and only needed the mirror and a few pieces of plastic. These people even wanted to charge me disposing the old mirror assembly away per the estimate. The labor charges are a sham too with additional prices for things that are not even required. If I didn’t make it clear go somewhere else. These people suck and they’re arrogant too .
