Fairway Auto Clinic truly went above and beyond for us. From the beginning, their customer service was amazing. They kept me informed every step of the way about what was going on with my son’s truck and always responded quickly whenever I had questions. They even helped me work with the warranty company for his motor, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. It’s rare to find a shop that is this helpful, honest, and communicative. The work they did was excellent, and my son is so happy to have his truck back. I’m incredibly grateful and would absolutely recommend Fairway Auto Service to anyone needing auto repairs!

Drop truck off for wheel bearing replacement. My king ranch has auto lock 4 x4. Next day at work needed 4x4. Wouldn’t engage. Got out locked wheel hub into 4x4. Noticed one was a plastic wheel hub. (Black manual hub) Confronted them about it.They replied we didn’t break or steal your locking hub. My truck 4x4 has always worked fine. Not now. I wouldn’t let them work on my truck ever again. Dishonest people. My advice is to take pictures of what to be worked on before work is done. Picture on left is original came on truck

They took an additional 2 days beyond when they said the work would be complete. In addition to that, my truck had a check engine light on when I picked it up which it did not have when I dropped it off. When I brought this up, they lied to me by saying it was there when I dropped it off and the truck drove fine on a 15 mile test drive (it did not). After they scanned the engine, they discovered it was a harness that was disconnected which they forgot to connect after the repair they performed. After reconnecting the truck drove fine. Didn’t get an apology. All of this for many hundreds of dollars more than shops in other areas estimated to complete the same work. Completely disappointing, will not be sending any other trucks here and will recommend against using them.

I had a major issue with my 8.1L motor left over from another shop. Brought my truck to Fairway. Juan the owner got one of his mechanics right on it. A day and a half later they had diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Fairway is also very knowledgeable and provides HP TUNING. They checked my tune from the other shop that I won't mention and made me feel very confident in their expertise and ability for tuning. I have been to many repair shops in Carlsbad. Never had any of them performed the work in a day and a half. I will be returning to Fairway for all my vehicle work and repairs. Thank you Juan!

All around great customer service very polite people and helpful. Speedy automotive service, and Sarah handled everything with the insurance company excellent!!
