I visited because I had to get safety and emissions testing done immediately, and they could get me in. They definitely won my business! I had to wait on my car, so I was in there 3 hours. The ladies at the counter were knowledgeable, friendly and professional in every interaction I witnessed as well as with me personally. The guys working on my car were professional as well. I was told to pass safety testing, I needed tire rods and then an alignment. I said I trusted them but they insisted and called me into the shop to show me the wobbling tire. The waiting room is comfortable, has coffee and WiFi, and the bathroom is clean (important to me!). Shout out to Brittany and Sara for entertaining me with great conversation and winning my trust on servicing my vehicle!

After seeing an ad for this location, we decided to give it a try for a repair to our car door handle. The staff here are professional, friendly and helpful. I was even offered a piece of dessert one of the staff made! I made the appointment online and it was very easy and was able to get in right away. When I arrived, they got me right in and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The waiting room is comfortable and has a coffee station. I think we’ve found our new repair shop!

I went to the Baptist Church Location and had a tire repaired. Everyone was really nice. The mechanic invited me back and explained what he was doing. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Fairway. The Crestwood location work on older cars. I have a 1997 Oldsmobile Cutlass and if I ever need anything, I am going there.

I brought my 2017 Ford Edge to them with a few issues one that was a bit of a mystery. Though I walked away with almost all my issues fixed (by choice), I was thoroughly impressed. Brittany called me the same day I dropped it off. I was genuinely surprised because i dropped it off late and didn't think it would get looked at that day. Jack called me every day after that with updates. He was honest and helped me with advice on what to do. After I approved the estimate, my car was ready the next day. When I got there to pick it up, Brittany was waiting, knew who I was. They were fair, professional, and did everything they could that was best for me and my car. They have gained a regular customer. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Had some issues with parking break and check engine light. Also low tire pressure. They took care of everything. After receiving the vehicle and returning home abs Light came on Returned it 3 days later. They replaced both battery cables from original visit That was missed all issues were resolved Can't say enough about Jack and Britney. And the guys in the shop awesome. highly recommend taking your vehicle there. They get you in as soon as they can and they do excellent job
