Dude is rude to everyone!! No wonder people won’t work for him!!! Went on Halloween of 2025 to have front brakes and rotors replaced. He calls and says he needs to replace driver caliper, when I get to shop he says he got the pistons back in, end of November I could feel some rubbing and loss of breaking when applying break.. I go an tell him i can smell brake pad rubbing and he drove it two minutes and came back and pretty much called me a liar and that if I want him to fix it again then I’m paying full price.. December I broke my ankle and was down, now first week of March I’m paying for all new hardware because this guy is incompetent and treats people poorly… I threw some words at him, that If anyone was in the wrong would piss him off and it did so he told me i was banned!! I've been there 3 times because they are only a block away. This review is about Steve. The first time I went there he was rude. I thought maybe he was having a bad day so I let it go. The second time I went there he was also rude. I needed some work done a few months later so I brought it in because it was so convenient. Had $1300 worth of work done on the truck. I left and it was making the same noise. I called back and talked to Steve. He basically laughed at me and said "we had someone drive it", "that's hard to believe considering we put all new parts on". (Obviously its a different problem)I asked him if he thought I was lying to him and got defensive and said "I didn't say you were lying it's just hard to believe." I just moved away from this area but felt I should review this shop. They were always good to me. I had a diesel van that they would change my oil and if there were issues they would happily look it over for me and give me an honest opinion on whether they could handle the problem or recommended another shop that specialized in Diesel engines. They even save me a ton of money by telling me one issue the dealership might fix for me and they did under a 100,000 warranty which I wasn’t even aware I had on that vehicle. They are great and I hope I find a shop like this where I moved.

I've had my vehicles worked on here multiple times, honest mechanics that do great work. Great local shop.

My mom recently took her car here for emissions test, they got the car in quick and everything was great. Then her transmission light turned on the day after so she called to ask about it. The person on the phone with her was so rude and nasty. Laughed at her when she asked a question, and just kept saying “we didn’t make it come on” instead of just saying come on in and we will check it. She was just inquiring, and looking for some guidance and he was SO rude. She will never take her car back here.
