They were my third call for an emissions. First two places I called We’re weeks out on scheduling. Tire choice got me in within two hours. Appointment lasted about 15 minutes and I was On my way. Lobby was very clean and had some magazines to read and some nice music playing. I would Highly recommend.

Live in Tennessee- had a funeral in St. Louis. After driving seven hours straight, hit a small metal object n the road within sight of our hotel! Our insurance had the car towed to Tire Choice. I explained the situation to the person answering the phone and found that they were closing in about a half hour with two cars ahead of me. She was kind enough to look at the tire and tell me a jagged tear had ruined my tire and I would need a new one. As this is a brand new car, I wanted the same tire as the other ones. The funeral was at 9:30 the next morning and I was told the truck that delivered the tires would not get there in time. She the went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. She drove to the warehouse herself and picked up the tire- then mounted and balanced it- and then delivered it to my hot

The tech/mechanic on duty, Katya (sp?), was awesome. She was working solo on a busy Saturday, and she was swamped with customers. I found it disturbing and probably negligent of the company and her manager(s) to let her fend for herself, stopping and starting work in the shop to answer phone calls. She made the best of a difficult situation and took care of my state inspection as promised. In the waiting area, I spoke with a mother and daughter whose trip from Memphis to St. Louis was interrupted by their car shaking on the interstate—new tires were badly out of alignment. Katya took the initiative and booked them to get them back in the road safely. I give her 5 stars and Tire Choice 2 stars. Workers are the backbone of all businesses. We had a tire valve go bad on one of my tires. We were 300 mi into a 500 mile trip. This was on Saturday and appeared to be the only place open that was close to where I was on Sunday I called and made an appointment on Saturday with their answering service that you can hardly understand for Sunday morning at 9:00 so we got there early hoping to get back on the road early as we still had another 300 miles to travel that day. Nobody showed up it was the daylight savings Time change so we gave him the benefit of the doubt that they forgot we waited an extra hour until about quarter after 10:00 and still nobody showed up. So now I have to wait two and a half hours and finally found another tire place that was open Firestone and they gladly took care of me. I spoke to tire choice today Monday

They were able to get me in the same day with a dead battery and worked hard to find the right fit when the computer recommended battery would not fit. They kept me in the loop and were great to work with, I will definitely go back if my vehicles need work.
