I’ve been a loyal customer here for nearly 5 years, but unfortunately my business ends today. During my last visit, two new employees worked on my car and stripped the lug nut while removing my back right tire. Instead of taking accountability, they tried to convince me that “someone attempted to steal my tire.” Let me be clear—this is a brand-new 2025 vehicle, and I don’t live in an area where people steal tires. To make matters worse, they attempted to overcharge me for a replacement lug nut, then one of the employees decided to lecture me, saying that since I had just come from church, I “shouldn’t be yelling at anyone.” For the record, I never raised my voice. What I did expect was honesty, professionalism, and accountability. Instead, I got excuses, finger-pointing, and attitude. Af

I’d give negative stars if possible… I brought BRAND NEW 16 ply tires to be installed and 1 was completely destroyed. The employee installing them spun the tire machine backwards, and just kept spinning it until the ear of the machine punctured the sidewall and destroyed the brand new tire. I was told that the boss was contacted and it would be replaced. I was told they would order a new one and let me know when it comes in. When I call to ask about it, I get the run around and they obviously seem to not care whatsoever… it has literally been weeks and there has been nothing done… they even still charged me for installing the other tires that weren’t destroyed. I will gladly remove this negative review if the problem is resolved… until then, I suggest everyone steer clear from this company

I had a tire blow out on my RV while driving south on I-95 late at night. Joey came out and quickly assessed the situation, changed the tire and even fixed a problem the first service tech caused. He got me back on the road quickly and I’m so appreciative! Highly recommend for roadside assistance and tires. Thanks Joey!

They did bring me a tire, so they get 1 star for that. Paid almost 400 for a used tire that should be around 300 new, but, hey, if you want mobile service, expect it's going to be expensive. They showed up on time and did the install, scratched the rim up pretty good, but they got it on there. Tire lasted about 150 miles before it came apart on the highway. Had to put my spare back on and limp my way home. Spending 400 bucks for a tire so bad it couldn't make it a few 100 miles wasn't exactly wonderful. They also took off my TPMS sensor and forgot to reinstall it after changing the tire. No problem, just mail it back to me.. Well, been a few weeks now chasing them around, still no TPMS sensor in the mail. This is not a company you want to do business with if you have other opt
