I can’t say enough about how great the mechanics are here. They are honest, skilled, and truly care about their customers. They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle when Precision tune botched what was supposed to be a simply job. In a way I’m glad I encountered an issue with precision tune because I wouldn’t have discovered these great guys! I’m so grateful for this family owned business. They plain things to where it’s easy to understand, and they never tried to upsell or pressure me into anything unnecessary. They actually addressed and corrected the situation/problem precision tune on new Bern ave created. I felt safe driving off and these guys helped me look up the OE parts so that they can repair them within the next couple of weeks!

Have used Falls Village Exxon auto repair since 2001, only great things to say! I appreciate their openness when discussing options and the repairs have always been done well. Hope to continue to use them for my car care needs for years to come!

A few weeks ago my car ran out of gas during rush hour in front of Falls village Exxon. I was in a dangerous situation and two great Falls Village Exxon employees helped me push my car across three lanes of traffic into the gas station. I offered to pay them and they refused so the least I can do is to tell the world how generous and helpful they are by this review.

Falls Village Exxon saved me when I was in a bind with my Chevy Tahoe traveling from out of town. Jason and his crew went to ridiculous lengths to help. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Thank you Jason. If it weren’t for you, I don’t know what I would have done and I won’t forget it. I came here because of the positive reviews about local caring service and I’m so glad I did. Jason if you ever need help in the mountains I hope we treat you as well as you treated me in the Piedmont.

Terrible tire repair shop. You go in with a small, simple issue and they turn it into ten different “problems” just to overcharge you. No honesty, no integrity—just trying to squeeze as much money as possible out of customers. Huge waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
