Family Auto Collision

I took my 2020 Audi SQ5 to this preferred shop recommended by my warranty company. However, the moment I got my car back, I had to return it within 5 minutes after seeing multiple alignment issues. Not once, but more than three times. I had to drive 50 minutes four times because they couldn’t fix it the first time. The very last time I took it to them, they started blaming me, saying I hit someone. The same day I got the car back, there were alignment issues with the front bumper and fenders. There were also paint issues, but I didn’t say anything because I really just wanted my bumper fixed correctly. The cost of repair was $7,096. The customer service is ridiculous, and they’ll use every excuse to blame you and not take accountability for their work. They said things like “robots build

Before and after photos. Incredibly friendly in the front office. I was there for a dent that came with my new used car from carvana. Extremely easy process. They even fixed my under carriage plastic that was hanging down. Car came back fully detailed. I am happy to say I would choose FAC first before taking my car anywhere. Thanks!

I took my Bushwacker Fender Flares here to get them painted to match my truck. They did a phenomenal job at a very reasonable price. Daryl and the staff were very friendly, they even stayed late so I could pick them up after work. Excellent customer service.

I had an estimate on repairs under warranty. Let's just say they were less than helpful. I just can't believe they actually are staying in business with treating people the way that they did with me. No follow through no communication with the warranty company asking me to do their job for them, ridiculous.. The person that took pictures Chris she knew why I was there. Originally for an issue with my back door and I had the tape on the windows of the car that are cracked and wanted to get that replaced. She focused on that and sent in pictures of the door and nothing else about the door which was the reason I came there in the first place. Now in her response to my review they wouldn't be working on the door, why not say that from the beginning? For sure don't trust her/them!!!! Get a s

Ever had a body shop give back your car with a crooked bumper and no battery hold down? I have. After weeks of back and forth regarding quality and price of work performed, a credit was issued for work the shop was unable to complete in a satisfactory (Straight/flat/true) manner. Weeks later, I'm working on the car and have found 15 loose bolts and 3 completely missing from areas worked on in these recent repairs. Run, do not walk away from this shop. This is dangerous.
