Family Tire & Auto Service

My sister was in town over Thanksgiving and she needed her car looked at & diagnosed. She left her vehicle there and they got back to her within a couple hours. They were kind & very helpful. When I got a nail in my tire a week later, I was able to get an appt after work the next day. They were fast and efficient and I will definitely be going back. The staff were courteous & very friendly. Highly recommend.

Great experience. First class customer service, outstanding turn around time, and open on Sundays. Thank you for getting me back on the road yesterday! I wouldn't have been able to make the long trip back home without your help.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I made an online appointment for 5:00, but my appointment at the DMV beforehand only took about five minutes. Since I’m from out of state and completely unfamiliar with the inspection and registration process here, which felt totally backwards to me, I decided to stop by early and hope for the best. I walked in, explained my situation, and the guy at the desk was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They took my car in right away. The gentleman who performed my inspection was extremely thorough and professional, and there was absolutely no attempt to upsell me on anything. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I would bring my car back here 100 times over. Highly recommend!

Had a screw in my tire on a Saturday, called Justin and they got me in within the hour. Guys were friendly, fast, and just had a good feel. Great customer service all around.

These fellas are A class guys!! They helped me out tremendously!! Took my car in, wait, actually, let me start by saying, these guys were at work when it was a blizzard outside on Saturday Jan. 31st! They were concerned about the weather, but still all showed professional courtesy, helped me to get what I needed, and didn’t hesitate to do what they could to help me however they could, even though I was having a hard time be able to pay the amount.. we got it figured out thanks to them! They should all receive BONU$ CA$H for their efforts.. I did what I could, but I believe MAVIS, SHOULD SHOW THEIR APPRECIATION TO ALL THREE OF THESE GUYS!!! Not with words, in a paycheck!! Thanks again guys! Straight up ROCKSTARS!
