Farmers Insurance Service

I have been a customer with FMNE for well over ten years and a loyal customers with cars and home etc. The last couple months since June and there new system switch over has been a nightmare and the young people in there office as agents and Field Administration Specialist are rude!! Now that this claim is finished, I will be taking all of my business elsewhere !!! Never again will I be loyal to a rude customer service agent or Field Administration Specialist , or company that supports them to treat customers that way again. I would rather pay more for better customer service ,than get treated like trash for a cheaper rate.
