Dropped my car off after my parked car was hit. My car had breaks when I dropped it off but no breaks when I picked it up!!! They claim they were not liable for the loss of breaks but they drove my car from Canandaigua to Shortsville and back and also told me they drove it around the lot a few times before I could pick it up, I have told them I have a 8 month pregnant wife and a toddler that ride in my car and they sill didn't care. All they wanted was for me to get it out of their parking lot, insurance spent $2,000+ to have them fix my front end and got my car back with a $500 out of pocket fee to let my family safely ride in it again.
