Arrived at Napa 5 min before closing after spending an hour limping the f250 and car trailer we were driving off the thruway because the universal back at the rear pumpkin failed just after Waterloo exit. Bought the replacement universal and changed it out right there in thier parking lot. So thanks to them for not kicking out. Believe it or not we rigged the broken universal with a piece of rope and it held till we got the replacement installed.

I've shopped here for years and they've never been good with online orders. Unfortunately their refusal to accept online returns without paper receipts (even with online proof)is a policy no other auto parts has and makes them a store I won't shop at anymore. I hate leaving a poor review, but poor store policies earn poor reviews.
