We broke down on the NYS thurway on a Sunday and was towed to Twin Cities. As we live in MI we never got to see anyone before we had to make our way home. We called the first chance we got and was treated to the most outstanding and honest customer service I have ever received. They fixed the car in a very timely schedule expected for the situation. I was very happy with the work done and would highly recommend this business to anyone that needs work done on their auto!! Reliable, responsible, trustworthy, dependable are just a few of the words I would use for the service we received.

Twin Cities was able to get me in as soon as possible to change out my tires to snow tires. They were very friendly and helpful, and a great price. I have had a regular problem with one of the rims and they sealed the tire and rim with no further problems. No other repair shop I've gone to has been able to fix it. I have found my new car repair shop.

I keep going back because they do very nice and professional work. Prices are as reasonable as what's possible in today's predatory car parts market and their labor charge is reasonable too. Good people at Twin Cities and I recommend them very highly.

Awesome shop with great customer service. My Ram needed larger tires installed (34”) and exhaust work done (definitely not a custom better sounding muffler ;) We scheduled an appointment and it was done in quick. I’ll definitely be using them again.
