Fast & Friendly Express Car Wash

The attendant that guided me in the wash day was super polite and his mannerisms are so on point. I will come here even if I didn’t have a membership. I will still come here just because of his positive attitude and the way I mean he is awesome. Skin thanks!!!

Mostly new employees are hard-working and very customer service oriented. Today for the first time in my life, I Missed the rack while entering the car wash. The attendant did absolutely nothing until I was already in and then I had to back it up. The manager came out and she was very rude and disrespectful. She was dismissive of what had transpired and was just shaking her head like I was an idiot. It is atrocious to allow somebody with that type of skill to be dealing with the public. She’s a horrible example for the younger employees come in now I’ll be canceling my service. Her leadership based upon my experience with her is absolutely horrible. I recommend if you have to use fast and friendly to use the location by Walmart.

The staff here are a class act!! While I was cleaning the inside of my truck, I accidentally locked my keys in my old truck with my dog inside. Thankfully the truck was running with the AC on. Angel, the shift lead employee, let me use his cell phone to call a locksmith. Even before this happened Angel was so kind and let me borrow a towel to wipe my truck down. Nuvia, another kind employee was also very helpful and kept me company while I waited when she didn't have to. Sam and Skye were also so nice. The locksmith was 35 min. away so Angel offered me a chair to sit on in the lobby while I waited. They are the best! Thanks guys!!

Jessica helped us out today. She was kind. Love my unlimited car wash. Thanks for the change of air fresheners, I like them 1000% better. Also happy to see the regular more plain micro towels- the fancy gray ones suck ( they look cool I guess but don’t actually absorb water)

I took my Client’s car in today. They desperately needed to detail their car and a good wash. I’m proud to say When I need help management came and assisted me, they were so friendly and approachable, and helped me out with what I was needing. Great customer service!
