What began as a single side (and non-working front brake caliper on the passenger side), escalated into unnecessary work that was performed and charged to me. VERY disappointed, betrayed, and let down that the shop consciously decided to do more work than needed (despite the limited need to only replace one car part) Absolutely disgusting of this garage to do. I had brought in my wife’s car for a flat tire. I don’t usually leave reviews but I was so surprised by the professionalism and honesty. These guys deserve the business. I won’t go anywhere else.

This is my go-to place for car regular maintenance and repairs. Their pricing has always been fair and honest, and appointments are fast (and sometimes not necessary at all, they're great about getting to walk-ins quickly). Highly recommend.

Do not bring your car here. I had two bearings done and they charged me $1,000 on a Toyota Corolla which is insane. The past positive reviews or probably when it was not owned by zeller. This is no longer an independent shop and it's super expensive do not go here.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and a tune up today. I left the car at Fast Lane at 8 am when they opened. I was contacted later in the morning informing me that I would need front brake pads and some additional work done. I approved this work because it was necessary. Around 2:15 pm my vehicle was ready. At that time, I was informed that they never did the oil change. Nearly a $1,000 in repairs and the oil change was never done. I learned that Fast Lane is under new ownership. Not a good way to start their business!
