I want to sincerely thank Victor and the entire Fazza team! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel truly welcome, and the best part was being able to shop with zero pressure. My experience with Victor was especially positive. The first vehicle I looked at didn’t quite meet my expectations—but unlike many salespeople, Victor wasn’t pushy at all. Instead, he respected my opinion and was happy to show me another option that ended up being a great fit. There were a couple of minor things I wanted addressed, and the team took care of them without hesitation. In the end, I purchased the vehicle and couldn’t be happier. Thank you again, Victor and Fazza, for such a smooth and comfortable car-buying experience!

I trusted this dealership and bought a car that was supposed to be in good condition. What they actually sold me was a vehicle with a flat tire and a weak battery — and they never mentioned any of that before taking my payment. When I reached out for help, instead of taking responsibility, they simply said it was “not their problem” and told me to deal with customer service. It’s now been over three weeks of unanswered messages and zero accountability. It’s heartbreaking that a company can take someone’s money and completely disappear when problems appear. I wanted to thank Victor And the Fazza team, and the front desk ladies. My experience with them was wonderful. Victor was so nice, attended me and offered me a variation of beverages. He did anything he could for me to feel welcomed and to get a car that day, and he did. I was very happy I got the car that I wanted.

Super friendly. Was able to work with me on my trade. Victor was my go to person the whole time. He even drove the car to my house 25 miles away so my husband could approve before we bought the car. Communicated well. Don't judge by its size, they were really great- changing my opinion Update: though victor was great, the company is horrible! I would not recommend those company. I got a used 2022 mazda cx9 carbon had 23k miles. 2 months after having the car i had a number of issues that should have been dealt with before purchasing. 1. The spare key was not since to car to which I had to take a mazda dealership. 2. Dog friendly, great environment, great service, friendly employees, I purchased from the Marlborough store, but I took a Tour of this dealership it was very nice. On street parking, when you search it on google it will come up a different dealership, they are working with Google to resolve that. 😁 Highly recommend this dealership.
