Feldman Collision

I had a pretty awful experience with getting repairs done at Feldman Collision. I did learn that State Farm Insurance only covers used or aftermarket parts when doing accident repairs. This is no fault of the collision shop but what is their fault is verifying if the used parts are in working order and are not damaged prior to telling the customer to pick up their vehicle. Feldman Collision had my vehicle for 44 days total. This was over the end of year holidays so it was 27 working days (I also took out MLK day) when the paperwork stated 15 days. For at least 16 days (12 working days) my vehicle sat outside in our negative degree winter days waiting for 1 wheel. When I was able to come pick it up the battery was DEAD! ⭐ 0 Star – Terrible Experience I had a hit-and-run accident on the driver side of my parked car that caused deep paint scratches and damaged the parking sensor. I brought my vehicle here through my insurance and paid my deductible expecting the repairs to be done properly. They only fixed the paint and completely ignored the sensor issue. When I picked up the car, the dashboard still showed an “Ultrasonic Sensor Blockage” error. After contacting them, instead of taking responsibility or even properly checking the issue, they blamed it on some old damage on the opposite side of the car from months ago. Huge shout out to Feldman collision! Was hit on 696, dropped it off to them on the following Monday, took 3 weeks. Was done on time that Jeff said!! Drives amazing!!! Big shout out to the guys in the back too!!! Appreciate the quality work!!!!

If I could give this collision shop zero stars, I would. They assured me my truck would be ready in a week and a half, but once I dropped it off, they suddenly needed a month. I informed them that my rental car, paid for by my insurance, was only covered for around 22 days. They then rushed to finish my vehicle, but when I went to pick it up, it was not complete, with a very obviously misaligned tailgate. I had to extend my rental car beyond the covered period due to their mistakes, and they refused to reimburse me for the extra days. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude, particularly Isabelle Kelly and it’s clear they lack the skills to fix vehicles properly or meet their promised timelines.
