Battery died on me. Gave them a call and they got out to me in under an hour and a half. Very fast response time, great price and awesome people. genuine service, the best service in Elyria.

My son is a new driver and I purchased a used car to get him to and from school. Needless to say it broke down in front of the house and was blocking the road...on trash day no less. Called for a tow and explained the situation and he was here within 30 minutes. Very friendly and understanding and explained step by step what to expect when he dropped the car off at the location I requested and even sent pictures for confirmation. Great service!

Most excellent. We were stranded with a bum vehicle while on vacation. Feliciano was the first tow service I called as Google reviews showed them highly rated. Wonderful service! They were there within the given time frame, quick to grab our car, very personable and friendly and also spoke well of the repair shop we had it going too hopefully get repaired. They call it 'Iowa Nice' in our home state. It was good to find 'Ohio Nice'.

I was in quite a bind when I accidentally locked my keys inside my car. Thankfully, I called for help, and the person who came was amazing! He was fast and efficient, getting me back into my car in no time. I really appreciated how quickly he worked. I was a bit stressed out, but he made the whole situation much smoother.
