Left this busines and was in and out in 20 mins with no accusations of "structural damage" they mention below The guy does a thorough inspection but the price they offer you online feels like nothing but a bait and switch The car had no issues, they claimed it had structural damage because the paint was blended into the A pillar from a fender replacement during a "minor" accident reflected on the carfax which I did indeed disclose they dont pay attention to the things you tell them about YOUR car they made their own assessment off their own assumption and low balled me 3800 less than the "online offer" I refuse to argue and left

Great experience. Mylann was very informative and courteous throughout the appointment. It was a pleasure to sell my car to them. They even called me last night to once again thank me for my business and selling them my car. That doesn't happen very often.
