LOVE LOVE LOVE them! They were SO EASY to talk to, and extremely understanding!! My spark plugs and engine coil went out on my Chevy trax, and I was recommended to G&R by my parents. I called and was given a rough estimate, I told them over the phone that money was extremely tight. They worked on my car and let me keep my car at their shop until I was able to pay! We had very bad weather in Elyria so he wasn’t able to get to my car as quickly as he would have liked, so even reduced the price for me out of inconvenience. EXTREMELY affordable car care, very reliable. I would recommend them to any and everybody!!

Love love Bobby he let me be a pretend mechanic lol included me in everything my chevy trax needed pvc done very fair reasonable. I call him with miscellaneous car questions always helpful and patient. Was so nervous finding new honest mechanic and so grateful to find them.

I know I can trust them to accurately diagnose and repair my car, and for a great price. It’s very hard to find a mechanic you can trust, and I refuse to take my car elsewhere. I LOVE these guys! I have a 2009 Wrangler that started making this horrible sound underneath while I was on a camping trip in PA. I was terrified to drive her. I had been paying a backyard mechanic that I met in the parking lot at AutoZone who did some repairs, but didnt fix her properly the last time I took her to him. So I was terrified of what could be wrong. On a gut feeling I Googled auto repair near me and G & R came up. I read the reviews and took a chance on them. They had me bring her in, pretty much knew what was wrong but did drive her to diagnose the problem.
