Felts Family Car Care

We have used Felts for two major repairs, and were delighted with how they kept us informed and did the jobs quickly, along with their professional and friendly manner throughout the experience. The free inspection that is done in addition to the actual repair is also a plus - you decide what you want them to fix, and if you can do some of the maintenance yourself, they don't make you feel like you should have let them do it. Fantastic service, friendly people, and excellent quality means I'll be back if we need anything done again.

After semi recent visit to a nearby shop off 1187 for different issue where I had experienced wait times days after quoted and issues with repair, I was skeptical about where to go for my new issue with coolant leak, I did my research and found Felt's Family, I gave them a go, and boy were they fast, my car drives wonderfully now, and the staff inside helped me to navigate billing and figure financing out after I was having issues. We've been going there for years now, and EVERY time is good. Quality techs, quality office staff. Their shop manager Sonja is a real firecracker, but she wont steer you wrong. These days we NEED honesty and NOT up charges!
