Fenix Parts Pennsburg (Previously Don's Automotive Mall)

Horrible experience. Bought a 5.7 hemi motor. When I got back to the shop the fuel rail was snapped, manifold bolts snapped off. Installed the motor and ran it for about 2 miles and it had a misfire. Brought it back to the shop and it has low compression in cylinder 1. They don’t want to pay to fix it and have no solution. I’m out money and a motor now.

If I could give a negative rating I definitely would, stay away from this place get your parts elsewhere, I purchased a hood and a fender with specific paint code, agreed on delivery and price, 3 days later they show up with a hood that seemed it was involved in a head on collision and a totally different color fender lol, driver had the guts to say "we dont guarantee colors", I said I dont need your parts take em back this is not what I paid for, then as expected they didn't want to return the money and only sent 85 bucks back of a $325 dollar invoice, I'm pretty sure they won't send my money back but its ok they might need it more than I do.

I purchased a specific colored fender from this company. The fender was in New York, and was shipped to the Pennsburg location. I drove TWO HOURS and was given a GREEN fender when it was supposed to be white. They claimed the white fender was “damaged” during transport and waited til i drove 2 hours to tell me that. I was given a refund on the spot, but a complete waste of 4 hours. Bad customer service all around, purchase your parts elsewhere.

Complete waste of time dealing with Fenix Parts, I would avoid at all costs. Found the fender I needed online in great condition and correct color. Called them to pick it up in their Pennsburg location, they said it was actually in MA but they will pull it and ship to Pennsburg. I drove 2 hours to Pennsburg only to be giving a completely different color fender in bad condition, paint missing and deep scratches from what looks like shipping. They asked me if I could make it work... and said someone must have switched the fender in MA. I asked for a refund, hopefully they can at least do that correctly. Update 2/21/23, I called and asked where my refund was, and they said the dispatcher must have forgot to start it. I've never dealt with a company this terrible!

I would put ZERO. Customer service so bad, I ordered fender for Honda Odyssey with silver color. I paid for it. Next day it was ready for pick up. My brother came to pick up the fender, but nobody want to release him because he don’t have my ID and credit card. Because they have policy if Part was ordered under my name, then nobody can pick up this part, beside me. Nobody told me about the policy and their rules. He came two hours away to pick up this part and he come back 2 hours without the fender. The next day in the morning I came my self to pick up the fender. But they bring me with dark blue color fender. “ we apologize. We think we sent a wrong part number for your order. Come back in three days.” I came 2 hours away to pick up nothing.
