I’m honestly disappointed with my recent experience here. About three weeks ago, I spent nearly $2,000 at this shop to get my car repaired so it would pass inspection. At the time, they did solid work and I was satisfied. However, shortly after, my check engine light came on. I scanned it and it pointed to a thermostat-related issue. I brought it back to the shop hoping they would double-check it and guide me on exactly what needed to be done. Instead, I was charged again for diagnostics and then given a very expensive repair estimate. Considering I had just spent a significant amount of money there weeks earlier, I expected at least a bit of courtesy — whether that meant a reduced diagnostic fee, a quick courtesy check, or some goodwill acknowledgment as a recent customer. Awesome little shop! Very friendly and honest. I love their online portal, it allows scheduling to your convenience and gives you a detailed list of problems/ repairs made with photos. I scheduled my appointment online and had no issues at all. Really a great group of people in there that will not steer you wrong. I highly recommend them for your automotive needs!

Based on my personal experience, I took my 2016 Ford Fusion in for transmission service, and afterward, my car feels great. It feels like new; the transmission is very smooth. I'm very happy and grateful for the service I received. They were very friendly and professional, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely go back again; they are very honest.

The perks of a large mechanic with the care, cost, and consideration of a small mechanic! Remarkably you can schedule online, and they have a loaner car available, both of which are rare for small mechanics! We found them after the dealership quoted us over $6000 of repairs!!! These guys quoted the oil leak fix for HALF the price the dealership gave us and offered to group fixes together to save us the added labor cost! Soo helpful!
