Valley Auto Group

The splash guard on my 2018 Honda Accord came partially unfastened and started dragging on the road. I went to the dealer to get it fixed, and they advised a full replacement for ~$1,000. I decided to get a second opinion from Valley Auto - they reattached my splash guard in about 10 minutes, free of charge. I really appreciate the kindness + honesty!

I am a car guy who does most of the work to my own vehicles, and am very picky who I bring my vehicles to. I used to go to Phoenix Performance, but when they closed, I had to find a new place, and Valley Auto Group is that place. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy, which isn't all that common in this industry. They are comfortable with high performance vehicles and daily drivers. I highly recommend Valley Auto Group.

They pad slap cars, and don’t take care of the stuff most people would think is minor, like the Swollen lug nuts and leave other shops to take care of of it, I took my car to another shop and they told me that my pads were prematurely worn because of the pad slapping, they even showed me the problem and my rotors were all rusty and warped, Vally auto group does not care about their customers

I have never used this place and being a woman I am always hesitant taking my vehicle anywhere myself I'm not one to say that, ever, but with vehicles that's something that is unfortunately very common. I couldn't be happier with the service I received, they scheduled me in quickly and once they had my car it was done within 4 hours and it needed NOTHING! Ed was kind, professional and very easy to talk to. I was very impressed by the speed at which they tended to my vehicle and his ability to make me feel like I mattered within a very short conversation. I will be taking all my vehicles here and I am confident and comfortable I will never have to worry about being taken again. Thank you for fair and honest work. You are truly appreciated.
