I will only be utilizing Ferman Ford as a whole for any of my vehicle needs after my outstanding experiences with them this year. I purchased a brand new truck with them in November, which was a flawless experience. 3 weeks later my husband’s truck was stolen from our driveway and they wrecked his attached trailer into my new truck that was in the driveway next to it. Ferman Collision got me in the shop right away (which was Christmas week!), made sure everything was replaced with brand new OEM parts. Leo was amazing. He couldn’t arrange things the way I wanted but through no fault of his own. Constantly cared if I was comfortable or if I needed anything. He made process enjoyable. My MINI Cooper was in a fender bender- my first accident ever - and I was so stressed how the process would go from the insurance claim to repairs. The girl who hit me was at fault and her Allstate Insurance took care of everything - (hugely impressed with Allstate). I chose Ferman Collision in Clearwater on recommendation of my sales person at the local MINI Cooper dealership. I can’t believe how seamless the process was. Ashley took care of updating me, and Trevor the body shop technician did as well. He was so kind. He even gave me a brief tour of the body shop because I was interested in the behind-the-scenes of auto repair. Such a cool business. Anyway- my car was ready in 2 weeks time. It is even better than it was before the accident.
