Do not rent from this company ! They charged my card for the rental and there was not a van at the location. I went to the location as the website said the van would be, but it was not there. I spoke with someone at Fetch and they said they would credit my card back. I have not received a credit, plus I had to rent a van from another company. I am out $332.61 and there is not a way to speak to someone, email only. I have to give it one star to leave a message- otherwise I would not even give them that.
