I recently got an oil change at Fette Ford and had a very good experience. Cyril Badechian was my service adviser and he was very helpful in setting up my appointment and following up to make sure everything was done properly. He always makes sure everything goes smoothly from start to finish. I will continue to use fette ford for all of my service needs. Cyril has also assisted me with many recalls on my Ford and also helped me in obtaining four new tires. He is always very positive person and easy person to deal with. He is very consistent in returning phone calls and making sure I am updated with information pertaining to the service. 5 out of 5 stars.
