You can really tell a lot about a company by how they handle things when they don't go according to plan. Our rental car had a few issues during our trip, which was stressful, but the team at FHP Auto was incredible. They were so kind, responsive, and great to us from start to finish. They turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of us!

Edit: I appreciate you reaching out. I did speak up. I said something to the woman who assisted me at the counter when paying who directed me to speak to a gentleman. I'm guessing that might be you? That person told me that they were laying around in the back so he used those instead of ordering parts. I appreciated the quick service, that's not what I wanted or asked for. I left disappointed, but didn't post a review then. I just took my business elsewhere. But having them blow without much use after all of this? I feel that's a valid complaint. If I'm wrong about the price, I will take your word on it. I did not answer because I was not available when you called. I'll admit, this is also strange having to defend myself. I'm not looking for a fight or to damage your business - I was upset

Great service and genuine good people, We broke an axle shaft on the trail and managed to get the vehicle into town but had to go back for another rig still stuck on the trail that needed a part brought in. FHP not only had the part needed but made magic happen with installing it into a bent shaft and got us on our way so quickly, safely, and was able to get back to our stranded friends with the parts they needed the same day. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

Prompt service. Diagnosed and fixed the same day. They said they got the part from O Reilly in Truckee.
