FCA sent us a software update to update our Jeep Cherokee's software, and it ruined our car. After implementing the update according to their instructions, the display is now completely non functional and FCA will not take responsibility for it, the Jeep dealership will not take responsibility for it, and UConnect will not take responsibility for it. Jeep told us to open a case, which they never respond to no matter how many times you try to follow up, lol. Do not trust Jeep/FCA because their product is apparently garbage, and they don't stand behind it. They don't care that they ruined our car, and they won't do anything about it.
