Took our trailer to Port Orchard location for annual inspection and repair work. Chris and Kevin, in service dept were great and easy to work with. Even the sales teams were great with just talking with us. Will definitely go back there again

We purchased our RV at the Tacoma dome RV show and had it delivered to Fife RV in Port Orchard for pick up. We honestly couldn't have been happier with the process. Chris at Fife RV PO introduced us to our new RV. He took the time to go over every aspect of our new motorhome in great detail. He patiently answered all of our questions and told us to call or stop by anytime we had any other questions. Since the purchase 3 months ago, both Chris and Kevin have been a great resource of information and couldn't be happier with the service we've received. I highly recommend these guys for all your service needs!

The staff at Fife RV in Port Orchard really took care of me and my repair needs. I worked with Kevin in the parts department, who set me up with the right replacement water heater on my ‘06 Winnebago View. My rig required an upgrade and some additional parts, but I was kept in the loop through the process and didn’t have any sticker shock as I approved the parts as needed. All in all, I’m satisfied with the work and customer service.

We had to bring our trailer to the Port Orchard lot for a repair. Once the problem was diagnosed, they said we have to pick up our trailer until the part came in because they don’t have enough space to store it. We live 2 hours away. So each time we have to drive out there takes at least 4 hours of the day. Usually more. So we made another trip to pick up. When we got there they said they had received the part and replaced it the previous day! Yeah!!! ( this is the reason I gave 4 stars). However, when we checked the inside of our trailer (for towing purposes) there was trash and small copper wiring left on the floor. So I appreciate the quick service but not having to clean up their mess.

Fife RVcenter in Port Orchard made my trailer shopping experience super comfortable. I was greeted by Tony like I was part of the family. He continued to patiently allow me to look through all the details of my favorite trailer. If ever a question came up he couldn’t answer he didn’t try to bluff his way through an answer but found Vic or one of the other guys that were experts in that area. Vic was very friendly too and carefully showed me features of the different varieties of hitches available and their pros and cons. I made a curious comment about the awning and before I knew it they were showing me how to take it down and put it back up. I felt like I was at the dealership all day but never did they make me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I sure appreciate you guys and your help
