Puget Sound Auto Repair has been my family’s go-to auto shop for several years now. They are reliable, honest, and fair every single time. They explain issues clearly, often even showing you the damaged part that was replaced. They always finish the work when they say they will and go above and beyond to get you back on the road for a great price.

Puget Sound Auto Repair diagnosed and repaired my daughter’s 2020 Subaru WRX in less than 1 week. Prior to that her car had spent months in and out of Subaru service department without repair, and no successful diagnostic. The issue: her car would spontaneously without warning shut off while driving including at highway speeds. Eventually the dealership service department said that the car needed to have both the dash board and the bulkhead wiring harness replaced completely, a repair that they estimated to be just over $11k including taxes. The crew at Puget Sound Auto Repair found the faulty wiring (previously spliced by others before my daughter owned the car) within the dashboard and repaired the faulty splices. Great place - nice, honest busy people. They fixed a number of issues on my rusty 81 Ford pickup. I was treated the same as the guy with the hot rod & the luxury sedan. The work seems solid, & they answered all my follow-up questions. 👍

Truck was running terrible water pump leaking. They had it done at a reasonable time and a reasonable price. Great job guys.

I stopped in without an appointment after having some car issues. As a woman who doesn’t know a lot about cars I always feel anxious going to mechanics alone. I’ve gotten ripped off so many times. But this place was amazing! I felt comfortable in every way. They had toys for my daughter, books, coloring books, and all kinds of things to keep her entertained while we waited. It was also pretty clean. They had my car ready in under two hours. I highly recommend this place! They definitely have a new loyal customer.
