Worst experience ever. My vehicle broke down back in the middle of August. I called Sam to see if he could look at it. He agreeed so I had it towed to him. Sam kept pushing the work on my vehicle back every time I spoke with him. I spoke with him after him having my vehicle over a month and he told me he has not done anything with it due to being the only one at his shop and has no way to get it in the bay. I said that he should have told me this from the beginning and I would have come and helped. We set a date and time for me to come by and help of Oct 2 at 430. I called a tow service to see what it would take to have them help. The tow spike with Sam and was told he was not ready and would call when he was. They never heard from him. If you need a muffler or anything that is an obvious fix or you tell him that needs fixed he's your guy. As far as diagnosing a problem he isnt that go to guy. He basically guesses at what it might be.

Dropped my vehicle off for him to make my window go up and down cause it just stopped. Also asked him to fix my ac blower fan cause only two speeds worked. Took two days and he couldn't figure out why window wouldn't work. Told me my blower fan was fixed also. When I picked it up he handed me a broken part and said it was from my vehicle. Paid him $120 and change. Went out started my vehicle and tested my blower fan. I performed exactly the way it did before he fixed it. Absolutely no difference. So I spent $120+ and was without vehicle for two days for absolutely no results!!! Do not trust this shop!!!!
