Let me state upfront that we did not visit the dealer of buy from them. My review is based on online and phone call dealings only. I give them a 3 for contacting me quickly when we were looking for a Salem Lite 241QBXL. Larry was quick to call and email. However, Once I talked to him and told him we had a trade things went downhill fast. He told me he would have to talk to his boss to get a trade value and get back to me. I waited about 3 days and sent a follow-up email which he replied to tell me that person he needed to talk to was sick. Ok, not a problem. That was January 5th. On January 22, 17 days later, I sent another follow-up email and he finally called me back on January 23rd. He then proceeded to tell me he would give me $7,500 for my trade. Awesome sales guys. Don't push anything on you. They don't follow you around unless you ask for help. Bought a good car and everything went the smoothest I've ever dealt with, with buying a car. I would definitely go back if they have what I'm looking for for my next vehicle.

We purchased our new camper in January 2020 from the camper show. We obviously couldn’t use it until May because of Covid. First time out the fridge and freezer were working fine, the following weekend neither was staying to temperature. We contacted Fink and they said we had to bring it in to assess but then decided that we would need a computer board and it would take 7 to 10 days to get in. Two weeks later I contacted them to find out if it had come in. Their response was I told you I would contact you when it came in! Wow, not very nice. We then contacted them two weeks later. Same story! They said the order was taking a little while due to Covid and I said maybe you could’ve called and let me know that. I think it’s very bad customer service that you don’t contact your customers. T
