Finnegans' RV Center

Sent my Ford Maverick there to get ready for flat Towing. Darren was excellent. And the price was right on. People were super friendly. I would do business there again in a heartbeat. The best thing is they don't schedule you 6 months out. I could have gotten the work done within 2 weeks but with my schedule I had to wait 2 months. And that was my choice. They are very accommodating.

We are full-time RVers & we got a broken leaf spring hanger. By the time we figured it out the problem we had just crossed into Wisconsin & pulled into a rest area near Beloit. We made some calls & were able to limp the trailer 5 miles back to Illinois to Finnegans RV Center. The service manager came right out & looked at the trailer. He verified they had the parts, moved out a job that was in the shop & pulled us right in to be worked on. We did a little shopping in the show room (they had everything we needed). He let know about how long it would be & the parts lady gave a great recommendation for lunch. They had us back on the road in just over 4 hours. Amazing service! Very friendly, helpful & reasonable. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here! I brought in my travel trailer to have two issues looked at: an awning that wasn’t rolling back in tightly (which a place in Janesville claimed to have fixed—but didn’t) and a sagging king bed slide-out (another shop quoted me around $2,500 if they could even fix it). Not only did this team squeeze me in, but they also fixed everything quickly and efficiently. And the price? Incredibly affordable—I was shocked in the best way when I got the total. I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re having trailer issues, don’t bother going anywhere else. I know I won’t!

Called on my way to work and inquired about wheel seals. Finnegans had them. I payed over the phone and they left them outside the door so I could pick them up after work. Best customer service ever!

John and Trish are always trying to get whatever you need done in a timely way. If you are in a break down John will be there to get you back on the road. They have great mechanical technicians that always come through on problems you are having with your camper or motorhome. Even though they are so busy they still find a way to help you. Electrical box and hail damage and they took care of everything and got me back on the road in no time at all. Always satisfied with there work and friendly people.
