REAL'S AUTO REPAIR

Our alternator went out in the middle of a road trip from Door County back to Chicago. Called Real’s because they were open later (we broke down about 7p). Felipe stayed extra late to replace the alternator and get us back on the road later that night. He definitely went above and beyond. Pricing was fair—especially considering the circumstances. He was thorough and competent. Highly recommend this place.

Called for ac repair, they hooked me up and saw I had full and it's another issue so they booked me for a diagnostic also fixed and buffed out my headlight. Decently priced considering getting me in within 5 minutes, I'll definitely check em out again!

Great family business and they are reasonable with prices

One of my fleet drivers busted a tie rod and they got him in right away short notice at the end of the day and got him fixed up quickly and for a reasonable price. A++++

Jesse was great! Our truck broke down while we were traveling and pulling our 5th wheel. It was late afternoon and we were stuck. He was able to get our truck in at 6:30 Saturday evening on Father's day weekend. We were expecting to have to wait days to get parts and get the truck fixed. Nope...these guys went so far and above for us. They stayed late after closing and had our truck fixed and returned to us just after midnight... plus, he was fair and reasonable with his rates. As far as I am concerned, Jesse and his mechanics at Real's Auto Repair are heroes 🦸
