⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Highly Recommend Integrity Auto Care! I recently brought my Skyline into Integrity Auto Care in South Beloit and had an excellent experience from start to finish. They got me in quickly and had the car finished within just a few days, which is impressive considering this isn’t your average vehicle. Logan was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and their master tech, Tedd, did an outstanding job. It’s not easy finding a shop you can trust with a Skyline, but they handled it professionally and with care. What really stood out to me was their customer service. The team at Integrity Auto Care is absolutely amazing! My car would not start and they were able to send a tow truck over to my house to pick it up, they also have a shuttle service so I didn't have to worry about getting to the shop. They are incredibly honest and have the best communication all throughout everything! I could not recommend them enough! Even though my problem is a bad engine and I have to get a new car, they made a lifetime customer with me personally because of this great experience. Integrity definitely has Integrity. They were amazing. They even offered me a loaner! Who does that anymore?They took great care of my car. They took care of things that I thought were done at a previous place. I have to go back in December as I explained to them I was traveling out of town. They recommended the work be done first. I agreed. My receipt was unlike anything I have ever seen before. They took pictures! I dealt with Heidi and Logan they were a joy. Heidi has a great sense of humor. Their Customer Service is like non-other. I’m so happy I stumbled upon them.

Took a car to them in 2021 that i had just purchased from a friend. I knew what work the car needed and i started off getting the work done with them. I verbally agreed to an oil change and for them to check out my aftermarket fan setup (parts no longer available for purchase 2001 lincoln Ls V8) they assured me that they had licensed and qualified technicians so i put my full trust into them to get the job done. I picked the car up and paid them $190 A day after getting home, my engine started to knock and HARD! I knew the engine was messed up. I took the car to my personal mechanic, as he was previously busy (which is why i didnt go to him from the beginning) he told me there was no oil in the car. So basically these ppl drained my oil and never put oil back to replace what was drained. T

This shop was amazing! The communication throughout the entire process was great. There were a few problems with the installation of my lift kit (from the manufacturer). They walked me through the whole process and explained how they would fix it. 10/10 recommend
