Fipp & Sons is top notch and can't say enough good things about these guys. I was from out of town visiting Seabrook on Vacation and needed to have my car fixed in two days before having to check out. They out my mind at ease and came and towed my car and had it fixed in one day. This is the most honest automechanic and easy going people you will ever meet. They truly saved my Vacation for my family.

Trustworthy men right there. Hendrick quoted me $800 for spark plugs. Half of that at Fipps. Its a pain to do on some vehicles, I get that. It was still a lot. But I was very pleased with them

As usual, Orel and his team did a great job. This time replacing the clutch in my Z3. Always my go to place for all my automotive needs.

I was out of town and had an auto emergency. My vehicle was in drivable condition and this repair would’ve taken no longer than 2 hours. I stopped at their shop because it was the closest one I could find. I did not have tools with me on this trip or I could’ve done this repair in the driveway. They wouldn’t provide any clear pricing on an estimated job to replace a thermostat sensor. They didn't call for any approval of service after they identified the issue. They just called and said the vehicle is ready and even then wouldn’t tell me the price of their repair. Completely overcharged me because I was in a bind. I will walk home before using these dishonest conmen again.
