Amazing place to bring your vehicle for car care. I brought my tire in and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Really wonderful staff amazing people highly recommended.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE! Spent over $4k at this shop in less than 6 months and their customer service might be the worst I've ever dealt with. This last time after getting my car back they returned it damaged and broken. The driver side wiper arm was cracked at the base which it wasn't when it arrived in their care 5 days prior. The shop refused to acknowledge their responsibility of damaging the vehicle will it was in their care which is the textbook definition of Mechanic Negligence. I had a second shop take a look at the damage and the mechanic at that shop immediately agreed that something clearly happened while it was at Harbor Car Care. Just unbelievably slimy to treat a customer who has spent over $4k like this. Worst autoshop experience in America.

I just got my AC fixed at the shop (of course it’s out during a heat wave, haha) and it was a wonderful experience. Comfortable waiting area, kind and knowledgeable staff, cost effectiveness, and quick service, even on a busy day. I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to get me in - I called on Friday and got in for Monday morning at 9 AM when other shops told me it would be a couple of weeks at least. I’d definitely recommend Harbor Car Care to anyone looking for a quick service! Thank you.

Great service and great prices! I made an 8am appointment. I was in and out in a very timely fashion. And their prices for the same work were significantly less than the dealer. It’s great knowing I do not have to drive all the way to West Ashley anymore!
