Called Matt and he found the hard to find battery I was looking for. These folks are local and super friendly. A SUPER place to do business!

What do you expect. It’s a parts store. Nothing real spectacular here. Great service, convenient, decent prices. No frills part store.

Called and ask for product, the women was rude, acted like I had put her out for bothering her. She never came back to the phone. Sorry I bother your employ.. Will take my business else where.

I went here to purchase a driver side bulb. Matt said,”it was easy to make the switch (on my brand of car .”) So I tried unsuccessfully. Lost the bulb. So I returned to NAPA. I told Matt, “it wasn’t easy at all!” So Matt basically installed the new bulb for me. This was so kind of him. It was a week day and they were busy. I just want to thank him, so I wrote this review about Matt at NAPA on Johns Island.
