Firelands Toyota Service

They sold me a car when I desperately needed one and worked with me on my budget. The car I got had a few issues and they fixed them as soon as they were noticed. They go above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend enough.

You can thank Dave Davis for loosing a customer, had a issue with a fuel line that should have been covered by warranty, I always knew the stealership warranties aren't worth the paper their written on but Dave took it to the next level, of course it wasn't covered and he wanted to charge me to start 3 grand to replace a fuel line, I had it fixed elsewhere for 600, I realize I'm nobody special but you only get one chance to screw me or try to screw me and I make sure I tell everyone I know how I was treated by Toyota, I will never do business with you ever again.....

Incredible service - best I’ve seen at any Toyota or Lexus dealer, and beyond. They helped me through a lot to help prepare for heavy incoming weather and the return trip to CA. Extra thanks to Jamie for going above and beyond!!
